GAYNOR LYNN BRONKHORST

Gaynor Bronkhorst was a Specialist (ETD Practitioner) at Telkom’s Centre for Learning Port Elizabeth. Gaynor specializes in Leadership and Management Training and has a keen interest and flair for Sales, Marketing and Customer Centricity Training. Gaynor started her career in Human Resources and then moved into the Training domain some 18 years ago, focusing on SAP HR and Financial Systems Training, then moving to Leadership and Management Development. She also has experience in Instructional Design and Consulting in the Leadership sphere. Gaynor has a B.Tech degree in Public Relations Management, as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Tertiary Education from UNISA. Her qualifications furthermore include a Management Development Programme from the University of Stellenbosch as well as a Customer Centricity Programme from Gibbs. She is also a qualified Assessor awaiting Registration with the MICT and Services SETA.

Gaynor is also a qualified presenter/facilitator of many Internal Modules and Programmes, such as the Programme in Management Excellence accredited by the University of North West. Her best characteristics are her passion and dedication to the Training Profession. In her personal capacity, she enjoys Public Speaking, Acting as the Master of Ceremonies for functions and hosting Charity Events.

WAYNE IAN LEASK

Wayne has been in the training business for over 32 years. He has presented interventions in many different business categories ranging from Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Legislation programs, Labour Relations, Leadership and Management programs and Personal Leadership interventions. He has previously been accredited by Franklin Covey Institute to present their “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, licenced by Thinking Dimensions International as a Kepner and Fourie Program Leader and certified as a Facilitator of the Program in Management Excellence by the University of North West Potchefstroom Business School.

His qualifications include National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Certificate in Labour Relations, Higher Educational Diploma -Unisa, Management Development Program – University of Stellenbosch and he is a qualified Assessor with the MICT and the Services SETA’s.

On the more personal side Wayne is an active person who finds time to enjoy the outdoors which may include activities such as running, cycling, triathlons, 4x4 adventures or the more laid back leisurely camping with mother nature.
